Upon reading and filing evidence consistingn of a declaration as provided in CCP section 415.50 by Plaintiff/Petitioner, and it satisfactorily appearing therefore that the defendant/ resondent/citee, MOUNQUE BARAZONE, cannot be served with reasonable diligence in any other manner specified in article 3, Chapter 4, Part 2, Title 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, and it also appearing from the petition/complaint that a good casue of action exists in this case in favor of the petitioner/plaintiff therein and against the defendant/respondet/citee and that the said defendant/respondent/citiee is a necessary and proper party to the action, or that the party to be served has or claims an interest in real or personal property in this stat that is subjec to the jurisdiction of the court, or the relief demanded in the action consists wholly or in part in excluding such party from an interest in such property: NOW, on application of NATIONAL GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY attorney for the plaintiff/petitioner,
IT IS ORDERED that service of said summons/citation is the case be made upon said defendant/respondent/citee by publication thereof in San Diego Union Tribune a newspaper of general circulation published in San Diego, California, and/or publication thereof in The Garden Island, a newspaper of general circulation outside this state at Lihue, Hawaii, designated as the newspaper most likely to give notice to said defendant/respondent/citee; that said publication be made at least once a week for four successive weeks in teh manner presecribed in Government Code Section 6061-6064.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of said summons/citation, of said complaint/petition, and of the order of publication in this case be forthwirh deposited with the United States Postal Service, post-paid, directed to said defendant/respondent/citee if the address is ascertained before expiration of the time prescribed for the publication of this summons/citation and, except in procedures under Family Code sections 7882 and 8604(b), a declaration of this mailing or of the fact that the address was not ascertained to be filed at the expiration of the time prescribed for publication.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the proof of service and/or Certificate of Service be filed by September 7, 2012 (San Diego Superior Court Rules, Division II, Rule 2.1.5 Service of Complaint).
