We told you before about the 2nd annual Vendy awards, celebrating the best food trucks and carts have to offer, looking for nominations. Well, they heard from everyone out there, talked it over, and settled on the finalists.
The Vendy?s will be given out in three categories: Vendy Cup, Dessert, and People?s Choice. Up for the Vendy Cup are:

>>>King of Falafel
>>>Vernalicious
>>>The Foo Truck
>>>Yumtown
>>>Tacos Don Memo
>>>Lil Dan?s Gourmet
>>>Delicias
The competition for the dessert award is as follows:
>>>Little Baby?s Ice Cream
>>>Lil Pop Shop
>>>Sugar Philly
>>>Sweet Box
We?re picking no favorites (though we did recently have some good stuff from both Yumtown and Little Baby?s) but attendees can be on hand to decide the people?s choice. The Vendy?s take place next Saturday from 3PM to 7PM at The Lot (39th & Market). Tickets are still available here, and are all-you-can-eat.
